The minor in food and agribusiness management requires 18 to 21 hours of coursework spanning introductory economics and management to advanced courses in food and agribusiness management. The current major concentration of agribusiness markets and management includes additional coursework in economic theory, econometrics, accountancy, and computer applications that is not part of the minor.
